A sample of outcomes for real clients. Every case is different, and these show the kind of work we do.
Charged with attempted murder and two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. We built a self-defense case and the jury returned not guilty on all charges.
Facing mandatory jail, higher fines and interlock requirements. Investigation and negotiation brought the charge down to a regular DUI.
We exposed weaknesses in the prosecution's case and secured a full dismissal, protecting the client's record and career.
DUI reduced to reckless driving and every other charge dismissed, keeping the client clear of the harshest penalties.
Both charges dismissed, protecting the client's job prospects and reputation.
A tailored estate plan kept the family out of probate, cut administrative costs and protected assets for the heirs.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every case is unique and must be evaluated on its own facts and circumstances.
"From our initial conversation, she invested time to share her knowledge and propose her defense strategy, which resulted in many charges and a citation dismissed. We were always handled with compassion, confidence and complete professionalism."
"Her cool, calm and collected approach is comforting. Our goal from the beginning was a dismissal, and that's what we got."

Arizona sets three levels based on blood alcohol concentration. A regular DUI applies at 0.08 or above, or when you are impaired to the slightest degree (A.R.S. 28-1381). Extreme DUI starts at 0.15 and super extreme DUI at 0.20 (A.R.S. 28-1382). Mandatory jail time, fines and ignition interlock requirements increase at each level, which is why getting a charge reduced matters.
In Arizona you generally have two years from the date of the injury (A.R.S. 12-542). In New Mexico it is generally three years (NMSA 37-1-8). Claims against a city, county or state agency have much shorter deadlines; in Arizona a notice of claim is due within 180 days. Talk to a lawyer early so evidence and deadlines are protected.
Often, yes. Arizona allows a conviction to be set aside after you complete your sentence (A.R.S. 13-905), and since 2023 many records can be sealed after a waiting period (A.R.S. 13-911). Eligibility depends on the offense and your history, so we review your record before filing.
You have the right to remain silent and the right to ask for a lawyer. Politely say you will not answer questions without your attorney, then call us. Anything you say can be used against you, even if you are innocent.
A will says who receives your property, but it usually has to go through probate court. A revocable living trust lets assets pass to your family without probate, which can save time and costs and keep matters private. Many families use both.
